Our cornhole makers templates are milled with precision using our CNC machine to give you a perfect template to use time and time again.
Our templates are designed to be used in conjunction with a flush trim bit guide bearing on a router table (or a plunge router).
The template should be attached to the workpiece using double sided tape or clamps and repositioned until you achieve the grain pattern you are aiming for.
Instructions for Use:
1. Attach our template to your workpiece in the fashion of your choosing (double sided tape works best as clamps will typically need repositioning half way through).
2. Drill a 1/2" or bigger hole.
3. Use a router table (or plunge router) with a flush trim bit to trim the final piece to the exact shape of the template.

This template is reusable and allows you to repeat this shape as often as you would like. This template is set up for use with a 2.5" rail but can be used on any size rail by manually centering the hole. It is 14" long and 2.5" tall
