Our charcuterie board templates are milled with precision using our CNC machine to give you a perfect template to use time and time again to make beautiful charcuterie boards.

Available in a number of sizes, our templates gives you the option to create a wide variety of boards at an affordable price point.

Our templates are designed to be used in conjunction with a flush trim bit guide bearing on a router table (or a plunge router). They can also be used to trace the shape and cut with a jig saw or a bandsaw.

The template should be attached to the workpiece using double sided tape or clamps and repositioned until you achieve the grain pattern you are aiming for.

Instructions for Use:

1. Attach our template to your workpiece in the fashion of your choosing (double sided tape works best as clamps will typically need repositioning half way through).

2. Trim any excess material around the final piece (or traced shape) as close as possible without making contact with the template.

3. Use a router table (or plunge router) with a flush trim bit to trim the final piece to the exact shape of the template.

Our templates are made of 1/2" MDF. Clear Acrylic is available upon request. Prices vary drastically. Shoot us an email to inquire on acrylic pricing.

This template is reusable and allows you to repeat this shape as often as you would like.

Disclaimer:
This template is intended to provide an accurate and repeatable shape quickly and easily each time. Bearing that in mind, it is MDF and tools WILL damage the shape (such as router bits, saw blades, etc.). We will not be held liable for damage to templates caused by unintentional tool damage. It is not designed to produce a finished product. Your general shaping and large material removal should be done prior to flush trimming with a router. Sanding will still be required to accomplish a finished workpiece.
